Annual HOA dues are currently $60 per property, per year.

If you have not yet registered for the Homeowner Portal, please contact the HOA or email SundanceSubdivisionHOA@gmail.com and request a registration invitation.
Once your request has been received, we'll send you a secure sign-up link that allows you to create your account and access the homeowner portal.

1. Online Payment: Use the secure AppFolio homeowner portal to make your payment.
2. In-Person Deposit: Deposit the amount directly into the Sundance HOA account at ICCU. To ensure your payment is processed correctly, please contact the HOA or a title company for the last 4 digits of the account number. Include your address in the description of the deposit.
